the location was convenient , just a short walk to many attractions.

The room lacked proper soundproofing . I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms , disturbing my sleep.

Romantic Hideaway

clean room helpful staff

The room was super clean and spacious. I loved the complimentary water and chocolates waiting for me upon arrival. The rainfall shower was also a highlight. I was so impressed by how clean everything was (they really pay attention to detail!). The staff was helpful. They brought us a tea-making tray with mugs, a kettle, and teabags. I appreciated this thoughtful touch.

The air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out initially. It took a little while to find the button and adjust it correctly. Eventually, I did manage to get it working, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, distant from the bustling main square, which guarantees restful nights. The nearest metro station is only a 10-minute walk away, and a short 20-minute walk leads directly to the city center.

The room had excellent facilities including a safe, air conditioning, and ample storage space (very useful for longer stays). The modern bathroom featured a rainfall shower.

The staff was kind and always ready to help. One of the team members offered assistance regarding some travel difficulties, and I very much appreciated their kindness. Their professionalism stood out.
