The room was super clean and spacious. I loved the complimentary water and chocolates waiting for me upon arrival. The rainfall shower was also a highlight. I was so impressed by how clean everything was (they really pay attention to detail!). The staff was helpful. They brought us a tea-making tray with mugs, a kettle, and teabags. I appreciated this thoughtful touch.

The air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out initially. It took a little while to find the button and adjust it correctly. Eventually, I did manage to get it working, but it was a minor inconvenience.
